Announcement Widget within Employee Dashboard

This feature will help you configure the message that you or your founders want to communicate to your employees and display it on the employee dashboard.

How to configure it:
Settings -> Configurations -> Dashboard settings -> Announcement configuration

Upon update, Employees will view it as shown below.

My Summary Widget within Employee Dashboard

This feature will provide detailed information of the awards granted to the employee. It also displays Value of Units in different states (Outstanding, Vested, Unvested).
Note # The values might appear zero whenever the latest share price is Less or Equal to exercise price granted to the employees.

How to configure it
Settings -> Configurations -> Dashboard settings -> Custom Dashboard -> Employee -> Edit.

Upon Enabling the widget, Employees will view it as shown below.

Accelerate Vesting

‍With this enhancement, upon clicking on “View Award”, both you (admin) and your employees will be able to identify which tranches are accelerated, when it happened, reason for acceleration and any documents attached.

‍Cancellations of Units‍

With this enhancement, upon clicking on “View Award”, Both you (admin) and your employees will be seeing two different tabs. First tab displays all the details about that particular grant. Second tab will display list of cancellations happened on the grant.

We also allow you (admin) to delete the cancellation if needed.

Templates under settings

As part of this enhancement, we addressed following issues related Grant Letter Template creation process.

a) Enhanced the UI to improve the user experience (Now you can see the template area bigger and wider).

b) You can copy – paste data from external documents into the text area while creating a template.

c) Now you need not scroll to identify the token you wanted while creating a template. Use the search field provided on left top corner and easily find it.

d) You can insert the same token multiple times wherever it is required just by clicking on it for second time.

e) Now you can specify the exercise price and SARs granted in words in your grant letter template.

f) Now application offers 3 different vesting tranche table formats. You can utilize them just by clicking on the group token # “Vesting Tranche” as shown below.
