Configure individual rates to be applied for your employees around the globe and let the platform calculate the exact tax amount payable for employees when they transact.

FMV valuations

The Valuations screen on the application has been modified. With this enhancement you need not update different valuations for Grant of Options, Tax on Exercise, Surrender of Options. Only one FMV report can be used for all the three activities.

Note: FMV will be default for grant, exercise and surrender and can be set on the configuration screens

Value of Option Awards Widget

A new widget “Value of Option Awards” is added to the employee dashboard. This widget will give a detailed snapshot of Value of Grants on two instances. One at the time of grant, other as on today. It will also display the change in the value (growth) and Value of Vested units. By default this will be in disabled state and admin has to manually turn this on from “Custom Dashboards – Employee Dashboard.”
