Set up Trust online on My ESOPs platform, giving the company access to real-
time updates on share transactions, accounting reports, bank account details,
and meeting records.
Register the Trust and obtain PAN/TAN for compliance.
Open and manage bank, Demat, and brokerage accounts as directed by the
Trustee.
Facilitate the purchase of shares from the market or through primary issuance
based on employee option grants; allocate shares upon option exercise and sell
shares with proceeds remitted to employees for cashless exercises, as instructed
by Trustees.
Maintain and finalize accounts, conduct audits, and manage statutory records.
Ensure compliance with insider trading regulations and manage tax filings.
Organize Trust meetings and document proceedings.
Provide periodic reporting to the company, including reconciliation of Demat and
bank accounts.
Offer a help desk to assist employees.
