New Feature:

Voting Rights

1. Add Votes per Share When Creating a Share Class

Admins can now input the number of votes each share carries while creating a new security class. This helps represent governance rights more accurately from the outset.

2. View Voting Rights Across the Platform

• Share Class Grid: Votes per Share are now visible directly on the grid view for quick reference.

• CapTable Grid: Voting rights are also reflected here to give a consolidated view of ownership and control.

• OCX Export: Voting power of both share classes and stakeholders is now included in the OCX file, ensuring external reports have accurate governance data.

3. Edit Voting Rights with Amendments

• Admins can amend Votes per Share using the “Amend Share Class” option.

• Amendments can be edited or deleted as needed, giving admins full control over changes.

• All changes are backward compatible, meaning they won't affect historical data unless explicitly updated.

How to Use

1. Add Votes per Share during Share Class creation.

2. To modify, go to the three-dot action menu → click Amend Share Class → update Votes per Share.

3. Confirm changes. The updated value will reflect instantly across the Share Class grid and CapTable.
