Product Updates - June 2023

Quick Actions on the Left Navigation:

Administrators and users with custom roles now have the ability to quickly navigate to essential modules/screens by choosing the appropriate option from the Quick Actions drop-down in the Left Navigation.  

1. Ownership-related quick actions: View Capable, Transactions, Security Class, Create Scenarios.
   
2. Equity Awards-related quick actions: Add Option Award/Share Award/SARs Award, Create Plan, Performance Recognition.
3. Others: Add Stakeholder, Bulk Upload, Add Valuation, Reports

Bulk Upload - Equity Award: Ability to input the required number of tranches upon selecting the "Vesting Schedule" Option:

‍As an enhancement to the current functionality, we have provided the ability to input the required number of tranches upon selecting “Vesting Schedule” option under “Grant Awards – Option/Share/SARs Awards”.

Note: This functionality is applicable to the “download template without data” option.
